Một tuần sau khi hai tờ tiền giấy mệnh giá lớn là 500 và 1.000 rupee đột ngột bị khai tử ở Ấn Độ, người dân nước này vẫn còn chìm trong cuộc khủng hoảng tiền mặt, những trường hợp bị ốm đau hay cưới hỏi mới có cơ may được cấp phát trước.
